Meet Smithtown Chiropractor, Dr. Richard Block
A First Encounter With Chiropractic
My dad brought me to his chiropractor when I was about 13 years old. It was a helpful, positive experience that stuck in the back of my mind. I was pre-med and pre-chiropractic in college, trying to figure out what I wanted to do. A summer internship at New York University Hospital showed me I didn’t want to work in that setting. My brother, Dr. Jeff, was in chiropractic school at the time, and it helped me make the decision to attend as well.
